Mic's Chilli, an Irish hot sauce brand known for its bold flavors, and Gaucho's Dog, a popular hotdog joint in Dublin, wanted to create a unique, summer-only menu item that would attract heat-seekers and food enthusiasts alike. The goal was to leverage the growing trend of spicy foods and create a buzzworthy product that could drive both foot traffic and brand visibility.
Side Eye orchestrated the collaboration between Mic's Chilli and Gaucho's Dog, conceptualizing and launching the "Inferno Dog" — a limited edition hotdog featuring Mic's Chilli's award-winning Inferno Extreme sauce. The project involved creating an enticing visual identity for the product, including a promotional campaign with eye-catching graphics and thematic elements reflecting the fiery nature of the hotdog. We also crafted engaging social media content to build anticipation and drive customer engagement.
High Demand : The Inferno Dog quickly became a summer hit, drawing in spice lovers from across Dublin and beyond. This increased brand awareness for both Mic’s Chilli and Gaucho’s Dog.
